Deliverables: Conducted a photoshoot with the grads/interns for promo materials. Created social media campaigns + digital banners, printed materials for careers expos, and website design.
The Strategy: Focusing on genuine, day in the life activities of Grads/interns as well as showcasing social life. Utilising our tagline "We're going places. Are you?" to emphasize KiwiRail's focus on growth and potential.
Outcome: We saw a 50% increase in applications through our social media presence and promo events from 2023-2024, with an increase of female engineering grads from 17% to 23%.
